As a certified Conscious Parenting Coach, Colleen empowers parents to connect with their inner selves and nurture healthy family relationships. Her approach enables deeper family connections and equips parents with skills to create thriving, resilient families capable of meeting life’s challenges.
Colleen’s professional background includes creating and leading teams, facilitating workshops, and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives. She has extensive experience in business planning, financial management, contract management, marketing, and communications. Colleen has led teams of up to 100 people in unionized environments, giving her a solid understanding of the rewards and challenges of human interactions.
Her coaching and leadership style is rooted in open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect. Colleen is passionate about helping clients discover their strengths, make informed choices, and live joyfully every day. She believes that all answers lie within each person and strives to create safe spaces for openness, vulnerability, and learning.
Colleen holds certifications in conflict resolution, conscious parenting, and accounting, and has completed extensive training in leadership, negotiation, employee engagement, and more.
